Casa De Tortugas Rates & Reservations

A  fee of $15.00 or 300 pesos per night will be added for additional guests or if additional mattress is requested. Maximum guests without surcharge are 15 people over 5 years of age in the whole house, 9 in Familia, and 2 in a King Suite.

• Payment by bank wire or Paypal. Bank drafts (checks) Will be accepted if received at least 60 days prior to check in and no more than 5 days from making reservation.
• A 8% reservation fee will be added to all reservations.
• A one time $20 booking fee will be added to each booking. (not each room)
• To reserve, Full payment is due upon making reservation unless prior arrangement have been made with the Owner.
• Refunds will be given if a written request is received 90 days prior to check-in date. A handling fee of 50% of the total cost  will be charged.
• No refunds are given if less than 90 days written notice is received.
• No pets except by special permission. Cost: $15 or 260 pesos per night.
• Two day minimum in Summer. Three day minimum in winter.
• Rental options – 1) The full building with 6 Bedrooms and 5 baths (Sleeps 16),
• 2) The downstairs Familia unit only (3 bedrooms 2 baths),
• 3)  One (or more) of the single 1 bedroom, 1 bath King Suites on the second floor.
• Rates for multiple units or the whole house are the sum of the individual unit rates
